Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery within Iraq typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your location.

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders within Iraq. You can also pay online via credit/debit card at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation via SMS or WhatsApp with your tracking details.

International Shipping

Currently we only ship within Iraq. We are working on expanding to more regions soon.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
